My service writer, Aaron Ollivierre, was exceptionally patient with my questions, and very respectful of my time. He offered me options and information without being “pushy.” My Jaguar was ready exactly when he promised it would be, and drives like an “almost new” car. Great service.

I came out to my car to find I had a flat tire. I had AAA come out, they filled it up, said they couldn’t find a nail or a hole, said it was safe to drive and drove off. So i took it to the neatest ntb which is only .7miles from my house. It was very close to closing but i spoke with Aaron and he helped me out. He took my car over night and said he would call me when it was ready the next day. He explained in full what would happen, since i had purchased tires there previously and had a warranty on them. He was very friendly and helpful and made sure I understood what would be happening with my car. Aaron is awesome!! When i came back to pick it up he greeted me with (i assume because he was wearing a mask due to covid) a smile. It was overall a great experience. Will definitely take my car back there in the future.

Well aside from being busy the made sure that I was helped and were very willing to explain the situation. Although that price wasn't the worst it could stand to be a little more reasonable but ultimately I was helped in a timely manner.
