My wife had a small fender-bender. There was no apparent damage, but she wanted her alignment checked. During the examination the tech found several little things that needed attention; including rear brakes and shock/strut parts. Everything was fully and clearly explained, and the worn parts saved for her perusal. Everyone was courteous and professional the whole time. The car was delivered on time. We are long time clients, and will remain so.

When I first called the associate who helped me on the phone was incredibly kind and patient with me in helping to schedule a service. Then when I showed up at 8am for my appointment, Tee greeted me and took really great care of me all throughout my service. He was really friendly and I felt like he was looking out for me and not trying to hassle me like some other places I've been have. He gave me an estimate of how long the service would take and the estimate was spot on. I went for a walk, came back and the car was ready. I came here because I had a coupon, but I will return here because Tee and the team who serviced my vehicle did a great job and made me feel really welcome. This feels like a nice neighborhood spot where you are treated like a member of the community and not just another customer.
