NTB-National Tire & Battery

I've been going to the Nashua NTB for many years to have all of my vehicles services and they generally treat me well. It would be better if you didn't have to wait so long to check in when dropping off your car for a scheduled appointment.

They had what I wanted & didn’t try to upsell me or haggle more money.

"made an appointment for 1130 for new tires and an alignment, was told by the manager that it would take 2 hours, at 2 hour and 45 minutes I returned and my car was on the lift with no tires. was told they were being balanced. waited 45 more minutes, had to miss another appointment and car was still not ready, after a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes and several complaints by me my tires were put on and I had to reschedule the alignment portion for another day, totally inconveniencing myself because i had to leave. While this was happening I was witnessing the manager and several employees yelling at each other and throwing things at each other in the garage bay. No apologies for the delay and totally unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this facility to anyone."

I got a flat tire and I are out of the room and they changed it and let me know within 15 minutes I was very fast and easy would def recommend it to a friend

Arrived 15min early for my appointment and was seen right away. Manager put 2 technicians on the vehicle and the service time was exceptionally quick.

I ordered my tires online and they were on time. Also the vendor I got the tires from made the appointment for me. I showed up a day early to drop of my car and a hour later my car was ready. It was a great experience and I would recommend NTB to everyone

The service advisor pointed out problems with the existing snow tires and correctly recommended new show tires.
