Very poor skilled staff, they dont have the potential and voluntary in handling customersThey broke my air filter cabin which costs me $500 to replace original from Honda dealers

Carlton Simpson was an excellent associate. He was very fast and diligent to assist me. He didn’t have me waiting too long for assistance! I will definitely come back to the silver spring location again.

"I made an appointment for my car to be serviced. I was really surprised to see that NTB lists all of the appointments on a large screen TV inside of the storefront. I asked for my name to be removed from the screen due to privacy concerns. Kenard Saint-jean, the store manager was extremely unhelpful in my request. he ultimately was able to remove my name, but he initially said he could/would not remove my name from the screen. I agreed to service at NTB not to having my personal information displayed for any passerby. My privacy is an extreme concern to me and I was shocked that 1) NTB would engage in such a practice to endanger my privacy and 2) that NTB employees, particularly a store manager would be so callous in responding to a customer's concern. If I did not have the maintenance package, I would never return to this particular location."

The guy who helped me was professional but super friendly - despite being the only person handling the entire lobby. He was fan-tas-tic. However it took 4 hours to get tires and an alignment. While I got plenty of communication during my stay, nothing could quite make up for 4 hours to get the thing done. S

With the problem being a last minute I found the staff to be very empathetic to my needs. They were able to fit me in earlier and finish my car at a reasonable time.
