I was very please with my NTB experience and have used them in the past for other tire service. The Customer associate was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I believe his name was Clayton. He explained everything that had to be done and checked all of the other tires on my car. He did not try to get me to replace other tires that were not needed. The only disappointment I felt was when I was told that this location is closing because it is very convenient and close to my neighborhood. However, I will try to find another NTB in the area.
