Timely and good customer service.

No issues. Easy service.

Some things were accurate somethings I already knew but werent true. What I asked for was done. They were friendly and professional.

It was easy to setup and explanation where easy to understand

There is always limited staff when I drop or pick my car up. The service on my vehicle is great but there is always a long wait either at the beginning or end of my service. They gentleman at the front does a great job and is very patient. More staff is needed to help expedite dropping off and picking up vehicles.

I am satisfied with service received. from basic oil change and filter, fluids check and tires purchases and alighment-all at sale prices and great warranty coverage.

Staff are always friendly and nice plus helpful and it's always nice and clean

They fit us in when we just walked in with a flat tire. Pleasant service. And when they didnt quite finish on time, they were very apologetic and threw in a free oil change.

I received multiple phone calls and the written estimate was easy to read

"I made an appointment for my car to be serviced. I was really surprised to see that NTB lists all of the appointments on a large screen TV inside of the storefront. I asked for my name to be removed from the screen due to privacy concerns. Kenard Saint-jean, the store manager was extremely unhelpful in my request. he ultimately was able to remove my name, but he initially said he could/would not remove my name from the screen. I agreed to service at NTB not to having my personal information displayed for any passerby. My privacy is an extreme concern to me and I was shocked that 1) NTB would engage in such a practice to endanger my privacy and 2) that NTB employees, particularly a store manager would be so callous in responding to a customer's concern. If I did not have the maintenance package, I would never return to this particular location."

There was great customer service. He greeted me and explained everything well . He walked me to the car and help me understand more about what was the exact problem with my tire

"Bought my tires from them in 2015 and got them installed on my new aftermarket wheels by them together with an alignment. Because I purchased my tires from them I got 1 year of unlimited tire balance, rotation and alignmentS and because of that I have gotten my truck aligned and tires rotated many times after my tire purchase. Even after the 1 year unlimited alignmentS I kept going back because of the great work they have always done to my truck. This time was different... Whoever worked on my truck damaged all 4 wheels when taking them off and putting them on... Every single hole when the lug nuts fit in has been chewed and noticeable scratched, on All four wheels. If it was only one scratch I would understand it being an accident. But it is on every wheel on every lug nut slot... Clearly the technician that worked on my truck does not care for others peoples property nor does he care for doing a professional quality job. Its a shame because I was loyal to NTB in Silver Spring because they always did a great job but now that this careless technician damaged my wheels I don't even want to consider going back... Fortunately, I noticed my wheels were damaged even before I left the shop and so I went to talk to the manager, who recognizes me from being a returning costumer, he promised to reimburse me for wheel repair on all 4 wheels. The manager left a note on the receipt from the service done at NTB with his signature and the date on his promise. Hopefully he will fall through with his promise on reimbursing me for the damage done to my wheels by careless technician"
