The initial tire rotation, balance and front end alignment went pretty much according to plan. Did need to torch the control arms, causing steering wheel a little off. Took back later same day. Had t o bring next day due to busy. Took a few hours due to amount of other cars. Steering wheel perfect now. People there are nice. Does take a long time. I know that not everyone only had tires done. Their booking system overbooks.

i made appointment on a busy saturday dropped my car off before they were actually open and they took my keys so i didnt have to wait for my service to be complete they said they would call me when its ready nice and friendly staff.

this was the fifth time I brought the car in for the same problem, a tire sensor that lights up and says no PSI despite a fully inflated tire. The team at NTB replaced the sensor, at a cost of $153, and said that should fix the problem. That was Thursday Dec 11. On sat, Dec 13, the tire sensor lit up at 7am as I left for work. THE SAME PROBLEM is back. I must now spend Tuesday getting it fixed...again...I hope. I am NOT happy this is a continuing and costly issue.

The staff was exceptional during our visit.

Spent about $1800.00 at this place in 2 weeks probably won't every go back,tires service fine mechanical service forget it go to your local dealer where they won't make you real bad for they're miss diagnosis never again fml!!!!!

I had an 8:00 am appointment that I made the day before. Check in went very smoothly. I had my tires balanced, rotated and my car was aligned. It was done in one hour and thirty-five minutes. Both Eddie, the store manager and Scott were very friendly and easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (except for the fact that there was no creamer for the coffee). Oh well, guess you can't have everything!!!

even with an appointment it took 1 hours to have my car serviced. I had to cancel the alignment because it would have taken much longer.

Great service, friendly and very helpful

I had them install new A/C components . Their service to do such install included a full inspection of the system for leaks and evacuating it . My A/C worked literally for 1 day. I recently returned, they did remember me and agreed to check the system again. They found that my evaporator core is leaking (which I find strange / no moisture noticed). They wanted to charge me 5 hours labor to remove my dash to get to the part approx. $550 just to remove my dash cover) No way! they are not honest

Eddie took care of me, and they were very nice, and got the job done very quickly. If anyone has a problem with your tire go here

They didn't do tire rotation and no note reminder to put on my windshield

They took me without a appointment got 2 tires and alignment done same day when other shops said next day.

It was ok but they took more than 3 hours to Replace a tire and multipoint inspection even I had an appointment set it up. And I used the in stock tire. I wasted more than 3 hours.

Stephen managed my customer service extremely well. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer every question I had. He was thorough and remembered everything we discussed.

They do so fast but didn't rotate my tires.
