Great costumer service and good deals on tires

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There need to be more than one person at the front counter. That is the longest part since that person has to check customers in, give quotes,physically go outside to the car to get the mileage, go to the back all while other customers are waiting.

The whole process went very smoothly. Call in to see if NTB did my service needed. Made appointment on phone. Drop off car night before-work done first thing in morning and done within 2 hours. Staff were friendly and professional. Very Happy with evrything!

came in had emergency, driver's side brakes were hung up, and I needed car right away. They took the car in, checked the brakes out and found bad caliper & broken brake hose. They fixed everything & had me back on the road in a very short time at a reasonable cost

thanks to the entire team at NTB, the mystery of my recurring tire sensor light was solved. A manufacturing defect was the culprit, something that came that way from the factory and worsened as I drove. Now I have peace of mind on the rds (I work nights and dread car trouble on dark streets) and my car is in great shape. They do a fantastic job not only doing the work but explaining what everything means. Of course I'll be back!

Scott was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and was ready when I arrived. He also let me know of additional work and the price for each item. He then scheduled the appointment for my wife's car so I only had to make a single trip for each one. They also questioned the need for service due to the low milage. First time I have ever had anyone turn down work. I will return for the service when I reach the higher milage.
