I ONLY WANTED AN OUIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT, BUT THEY FOUND OUT MY BACK BRAKES NEEDED REPLACING, ugh! BUT THEY GOT IT DONE.

Things went well in a timely manner. I still have some shaking in my steering wheel when I brake but I need to contact them.

Because the service was as quick and efficient as it was even though I did not have an appointment due to it being an unexpected repair.

I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and front end alignment. They said I should be done by 3:00 PM. I had a 3:30 PM doctor's appointment. They did not pull my vehicle in the bay until 3:05 PM!!!

Reprsentative,Alonzo made everything clear,had several items checked that didn't warrent attrntion at this time. He is patient and explains things!
