I had to wait 4hrs for a scheduled appointment. But the service was good

I went to the shop on the eve of the 4th of July Holiday. There was no down time for me. The oil change and checking of my tire, went very fast. I am pleased.

I had to have a tire replaced because of a blow out of the tire that was on the car. the representative (Armani Coleman) was polite. attentive, and very respective of my situation and time. The repair was handled in a timely manner and the spare tire was replaced in its proper position in the trunk of my car.

Tony was very polite and straightforward with me and explained something that I didn't know from his experience dealing with his vehicle.

Saw my need...got me in quickly...made the warranty swap...and got me out within 1/2 hour!!!

I bought 305 fronts and 325 rears Michelin PS4S for my ZL1 1LE from NTB and expected to have them mounted at NTB. Two days before my appointment when the tires arrived at my local NTB, I received a call informing me that although my tires arrived they could not be mounted on that location and that I should contact my dealer to have them installed. I really appreciated the heads up that allowed by to schedule an appointment with my dealership shortly after I was scheduled to pick up my tires from NTB. I also appreciated the further explanation of why the tires could not be mounted at the location I received when I arrived to pick up the tires. Fortunately my dealership is across the street so the advanced notice allowed me to get my tires mounted the same day.

Went back for the second year in a row to get another 2 new tires. Great guy at the counter.
