Had them check for issues that might be happening on car with over 100K miles. There were no problems that I thought could be present. To me that shows their honesty as I voiced my concerns as to what problems might be.

I recently relocated from FL and NTB was able to pull my records from there so they have the vehicle history. I have always been treated well at the other location and happy to receive the same courteous service at this location. Yes NTB is a little pricier than the local garage, but the service is incomparable with no pressure for upselling services.

Bill Powell, the store manager handled my new tire purchase with ease and explained everything to me. After speaking with him about the importance of caref for my 2020 Ford Edge, Bill totally understood my concerns and he added air to my tire so that I could return home due to the fact that this tire was not in stock. I think that Bill had dealt with customers a long time and knew how to ease my concerns. The service was completed in a reasonable time and I feel that Bill supervised it. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable as well. Surely he is an employee who knows what great customer service is.

I thought I needed 4 new tires, but after a check, the guys were able to fix the tire that had 2 nails in it by patching it without putting on new tires--- I highly recommend the honestly and level of service they provide. I will be going back to this location when I need new tires!

I walked in , they took my keys and ran my numbers and drove it inside. They were just finishing up the appointments they had from the am and were not busy.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Needed a tire replaced and all rotated so that I could pass my inspection.

I had a really good experience this time. My original appointment was delayed due to what I understand was nationwide computer issues. The staff was great and the work done promptly.

Fit me in a short time after finding a nail in my tire. I was happy that they were still open since it was the start of Easter weekend. Very happy with the service I received.
