It's nice to be able to walk into a place that doesn't smell like an ash tray. The staff is was nice and professional. Don't know if any of the staff are smokers, but I really appreciate that they don't smell like cigarette smoke. I also like that they were flexible in letting me drop my car off before my appointment. They have a good location that is easy to get in and out of. Unlike some of the other auto shop businesses in the area. One of the reasons why I selected NTB.

I was told at my last oil change the brake pads were going to need replacing. There was no danger to me to drive as they were and it built confidence for my trust in them to not push unnecessary service. When I went in to schedule, they remembered me, my car and got right on the job. I had been concerned I wouldn’t get it fixed before the next snow tonight!!! And left feeling confident. Win!

I was very happy with the prompt service and advice offered by Donald Zumwalt, Service Manager, with regard to my 2003 Ford Taurus. I like the honesty and knowledge that all the employees seem to have. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

Because they take their time to explain and they don't push services they want to sell I feel that they are not trying to take advantage of people. I have been going to ntb for year because of that and the prices are pretty fair.
