I called short-notice after hearing and seeing that my tire had a leak after hitting a large bump. The associates answered the phone promptly and answered all of my questions and scheduled me right-away. I left my car with them overnight and they were even nice enough to fill up my Mom's tires while she was there to pick me up. When we offered them a tip they kindly refused. The next day they called me first thing in the morning to let me know what was going on. I explained I was short on money and could not afford new tires and they offered to patch it. Torrey Hall helped me out and I strongly recommend him to others.

I have been taking my car to NTB in Oak Lawn for the past few years for repairs. Everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful to deal with. They are all professional and competent. Pierre Clark, Yolanda Hale, Chris Melecio and Torrey Hall are some of the people I have worked with. I initially used to use my personal credit card to pay for my repairs, but it was suggested that I get the NTB credit card so that I would have a card to use specifically deal with car expenses. It has worked out great. You have a great crew at this location. Kuddos to all of them!!!

Isaiah & Yolanda were the greeters & took care of me with professionalism & kindness. It was so nice to be taken care of with a smile & courtesy. I retired with 45 years & worked with the public & isn't always easy. I watched these to individuals & they were super ! I will be returning to see Isaiah the next time my car is in need of repair. They are an asset to your company !

First impressions are lasting. The associate's warm & friendly greeting was quite welcoming. It seemed as if he was waiting for me! I was treated kindly, respectfully & courteously throughout the visit. The waiting area was filled with hospitable items: coffee, tea, TV, comfortable chairs & tables. I was well pleased.
