The service was excellent

In all of my years of coming to NTB for tire service, today was the first time that I can remember where I was able to get a slow leak in a tire actually fixed, without being told that I need a new tire! It was a very nice surprise to not have to hear that!

Had a flat tire. Chris got it fixed quickly and I was back on the road. Outstanding job and customer service!!

Christopher and the whole staff were super friendly and helpful when having to get stuff fixed on my truck. They explain everything that was needed and gave me different options. I’m highly satisfied with the services every time I go, for-sure I will be doing business with y’all again.

I have been taking my car in twice a year to change from summer tires to winter tires and back again for at least 8 years. The guys always do a great job.

From the moment I walked in the door I received nothing less then top notch customer service. Tory was the first person I made contact and from there he and the rest of the staff made my first time ever being at any form of NTB Tires the best experience I have ever had while getting an oil change. They were extremely kind, courteous and professional. Even the gentleman whom actually worked on my car. He instantly put me at ease “by telling me he got me “once he saw me constantly looking at him work on my car. This team and establishment is hands down the best and I will not be going anywhere else but NTB tires for any service I may need

The service was excellent. Also I appreciate the knowledge of the tires that would best fit my vehicle. The waiting room was excellent and clean. I like the fact that they have a big window that you can actually see the work being done. Fantastic job!!

Yolanda is an awesome associate. Give her a raise. Dealing with customers is never easy. She explained things very well, has a great personality and is recommended by this customer for a promotion.

Mr. Pierre Clark and his staff made sure that I got only what I need and no more. And they were so nice.

The mechanic was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what services were needed.

Well some unexpected issues was found on my normally the job could have cost more but they labored and found a better way that gave it a less cost

Good service

"Yolanda" is the main reason I was satisfied. She was polite, gave good customer service and helped me select the best product for myself when I visited in December 2019 for 4 new tires. She helped me get as close as I could to the Michelin tires I wanted and was clear about the pricing down to the penny. I will not lie, I think the prices are a little high, but in spite of that (because of "Yolanda's" good customer service), I went ahead and purchased the tires and came back for a synthetic oil change.
