I was able to get in for an oil change without an appointment. Service was done ahead of time given. They found the tires on my girlfriend’s care were in need of replacement. Was able to get that done right away.

The battery my car needed was not in store, but the associate made sure it is arranged for replacement, and took care of it.

Associate notified me of a $20 off sale price for oil change that I was not aware of. The sale price was not advertised on web site but the store coupon was available and applied at check out.

I ordered new tires on Friday, December 20th, 2019 but was unable to wait for installation. Juan was the gentleman that took care of us. I called on Sunday December 22nd to schedule installation, spoke with Juan, who simply could not be nicer. On Monday December 23rd, i went to the location and had the four tires installed. Initially, Juan told me that it might take anywhere from 60-90 minutes for completion, which was great with me as I was prepared to wait. I was there probably no more that 25 minutes, Juan came into the waiting room, told me that my car was all done and complete!! He is so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Such an incredibly nice man!
