Bought tires and wheels from a different company, had issues with the wheels, NTB fixed the issue with no issues since! Definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent customer service!! We had a slot in our sidewalk due to driver error and had a very long trip ahead of us and they were had us in and out quickly! We are thankful for their professionalism and how efficient they run things.

These guys were great! I had actually scheduled to have 4 new tires put on my car somewhere else and thought I did it here at NTB Hagerstown. To make long story short not only did they squeeze me in and did my tires but also matched the price and called the other tire place that I was supposed to be at and got my deposit refunded to me! Good old fashioned customer service that you don't see much of anymore! Definitely do business here again. A+

The location I visited had a parking lot full of customers. My initial thought was that there’s no way I will get my vehicle serviced today. Ryan assured me my vehicle would be in the service bay by 11:30 and the work finished by 1:00. I could only hope. In by 11:30, out by 12:30! Outstanding, friendly service.

Previously went there to have alignment done. It wasn't done correctly. I called rescheduled to come back in to have it corrected. Those guys work very hard. They did the alignment correctly and I am very happy with how it steers and drives now. Like a whole new car. Didnt ask any questions just fixed the problem. They have excellent customer service. They go the extra mile to make customers happy and want to come back. Those mechanics work very hard and do a excellent job. I'm very satisfied.
