I've been coming to this location since the end of the 80's/early 90's and always make sure to come on Wednesday because of Wayne. Besides being very professional he's so pleasant and fun to talk to, he makes the time go by fast. I also know that if he says something needs fixing or replacing it does, he's not trying to make money. He's such an asset to the store and the company.

I called on 7/15 to see if my car could be inspected. The associate was kind but honest. He stated they were booked that day but would be happy to get my inspection and oil change completed on 7/16. By chance, I decided to call the NTB on Indian river road. Their associate was RUDE. Not only did he tell me they couldn't get the car done on 7/15, but he then proceeded to tell me his inspectors needed to "swing their tools to make some money" on Saturday and the inspection wouldn't be a priority. He told me to drop it off and they'd get to it when they could. I've gone to NTB for years and am a loyal customer. I decided to go to the NTB on holland road. I am so glad I did. They treated me fair and didn't see me as "just" an inspection and routine oil change. Kudos to your Holland road office in Va Beach. The Indian river office could use some training in customer service.

I had a leak in one of my tires. I called around 1:30 pm and was told by Bobby Rogers to bring my car in at 3:00 pm. I waited less than 30 minutes. My tire leak was fixed and I wasn't charged anything. Excellent service.

Bobby the service manager was friendly, respectful and helpful. The service, replacing the AC compressor and clutch and complimentary parts was done very quickly. AC seemed to work when I drove home in my truck
