Great customer service. They began right away on my truck.

We blew a flat while on a road trip with our baby. It was near closing time but manager Keith said to come by anyways. He and his son Keith took great care of us, replaced the tire, and got us back on the road in no time. A very big thank you to Keith and Keith for their willingness to stay late and get us rolling again.

I was very impressed that the lug nuts were torqued in proper sequence and double checked by a supervisor. This was very professional. Most places just use the impact wrench and call it done.

Excellent customer service

I always receive excellent service and my car continues to run smoothly and I feel safe on the highway. Robert(Store Manager) spoke to me about the importance of the up keeping of my car's service needs. He told me what I needed and if I didn't need anything done. Drew(mechanic) is very knowledgeable and professional. They both were very nice and attentive to my needs. I watched t.v. and before I knew it my car was ready. I made my appointment online and received a discount. I always do the after service surveys, which they all have been excellent and received a discount for doing that. They're products keeps my car running like new and you can't tell that it's 13yrs. old.
