this is a very easy access off the highway ntb, and i have always received good customer service.

"I had an appointment at 1:00 pm EST on Sunday, July 9th for a tire rotation/balance and to review the back brakes as I was advised they needed replaced by the dealership. By around 2:30 the car hadn't moved from where I parked it. I inquired at the front desk and they said they would look into it. Shortly after it was brought into the shop. I spent a total of 3.5 hours in the shop. I also believe the quality of service performed on tire rotation and balance is poor. It seems that every time I leave the car pulls to the right and the car shakes, as if they were not balanced properly. I have returned in the past for them to correct. I don't know if the equipment is incorrect or if the quality is lacking. Looking to take my business to another NTB while I still have the current set of tires. The staff is nice and I have come to recognize them over the years, but can't continue to not have my car running as expected when I leave."

We had a flat coming from the airport they were wonderful. On Christmas Eve. They put twonew tires on in 20minutes

I usually visit this NTB location for maintenance because it's near my house and I've received excellent service in the past. This time, I came in due to an unexpected flat tire; they were able to fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment and take care of everything very quickly! Staff at this location are always friendly, listen to the customer's concerns, and do a thorough, professional job! I appreciate that they never try to upsell me on anything; I feel like I can trust them to do what's best for my car.

The associate was very friendly and keep checking to make sure my car was working on , the only reason I was dissatisfied I got there at 4.30 and I didn’t leave until 6:30 so I was late for work but other than that I would recommend them

checked in online and viewed tires i wanted to buy which were in stock. total time in/out from arrival 1 hour 15 minutes.
