I had an emergency call to NTB on 9/9/19 due to hitting a 12" curb. I talked to Martin and he slotted me right away that day. I then realized I needed a new wheel not just new tire. The wheel came in by 10 a.m. on 9/10/19. The appointment was slotted for 3 p.m. on 9/10 (as of 9/9 they weren't sure when the wheel was going to come in; morning or late afternoon). I arrived at 3:30 p.m. on 9/10 and the car was done! Everything fixed beautifully and I didn't need an alignment! Great work and honest people. On 9/10 I worked with Jared Schleef, Closing Associate. I don't know the mechanics name. No matter what, they were all great. I told Jared and the mechanic that "I could kiss them in an HR appropriate way". My next appointment for brake pads and rotors is 9/18.

I have been coming for a long time and have always been treated very well and they never seem to tell me something is wrong with my car unless it is. Mark has always work on my car as far as I know and I am very happy with his work. Martin has always treated me good also.

I am always treated with respect and consideration when at the NTB store. They greet me by name and take good care of my car.

Friendly service. Good price for an oil change and tire rotation. I live in Illinois so this was my first time going to the West Bend, WI location. They were nice and it was a good experience. I own 3 vehicles and always think of NTB for my oil changes.

I was able to get the appointment time I wanted. The techs were very thorough and the service rep did not pressure me to buy more services.
