I get the same great quality from N T B as I do " Brookfield Toyota ", but one significant difference it a BIG difference in price. I like how they breakdown what needs to be done with up coming repair and its easier for womens to understand what work was just done to there car. Not like the other guys.

The attendant was courteous, knowledgeable, and specific about the parts and timeframe. He kept me informed even though I was occasionally napping. Shortage of manpower didn't impede my vehicle from being completed on time.

Excellent Service

Martin made everything clear. I came in early for my appointment and he got my car done as soon as he possibly could. Told me about something else that needed to be done on my vehicle that I was concerned about, but didn’t verbalize to him, that made me realize how knowledgeable he is. It is difficult to find a mechanic shop that you trust. My husband & I said we found our place to take our vehicles. We will be back and recommend to others.

Excellent Service

I went out to my car on Saturday afternoon to a flat tire. Not many places are open on Saturday much less that late. I honestly needed my tire fixed. Not only was the Assoc. extremely accommodating she was so nice too. The tire was brought in because a leak or cause couldn't be found. NTB found it and got a new tire ready for me before they were closed. They have no idea how much I appreciated their time and attention. They are like lifesavers.
