Howard and Teri both were instrumental in getting the tires installed on my vehicle. The wait time was associated with not have the tires available at the store and having to wait for a delivery truck. Overall, highly satisfied resulted from being able to fit my schedule for installation, and once the tires did arrive, they were able to start the installation as soon as I arrived.

Wipers I bought from them suck and they rotated my tires without even airing them up.

Terry hill had great customer service and easy to talk to. Very understanding and awesome

Took over 2 hours to get a state inspection and oil change. Nobody in line ahead of me...

Terry Hill, the manager, was very professional and friendly. I was a walk-in without an appointment. The manager got me on the schedule, even though it was Memorial Day and the store was very busy. The service was excellent.

I had scheduled an Appt days prior to my service, arrived early and still was asked to wait 4 1/2 hours. What should have taken tops an hour took 3 1/2 hours. Not the experience I have been used to at this location.

Already have my next appointment booked. Manager is very friendly, helped me out in the past with a problem without an appointment.

Went in for alignment and tire rotation. They found two failing tierod end links. And suggested to replace (normally Id do this but since there I ate the bullet and told them too). Long story short a 45min procedure turned into 7:hours! They couldnt remove a tie rod endlink. Even with there removal tool they couldnt get it off. Finally, one of the managers went back and removed it. and then when home checking I see they dident replace cotter pins! Steering failure waiting to happen.

Made appointment for 2 tires, thought I paid for tires upon appointment as it required CC, but wife discovered that we had to “really” pay upon completion. Fine as long as CC isn’t dinged twice!

Horrible wait!!! Acknowledge was very poor.

Dave, Howard and Terry did everything they could to help me get the right set of tires put on my vehicle. They got me a good set at a good price and got all done in a short amount of time. Those guys really care about the customers
