NTB-National Tire & Battery

NTB was ready to service me when I arrived for my appointment. Completed the job in a timely manner.

Service associate Terry was personable, offered an appointment at a convenient time and when I arrived answered my questions well, including showing me the visual differences between two tires I was considering. Also, the service on my car started promptly after my arrival and it was finished before the promised time.

Outstanding!!Efficient, able to work on my car did not have an appointment. Brake light on, I assumed the worst. Able to adjust the brake spring. Awesome! Mechanic even talked to me in person. Feel like a human and not a number, employees really care and know what they are doing. Was advised to purchase a gas cap on my own & save me money and was really easy to install like he said. Have been very happy with new tires which was my 1st experience here. Highly recommend this place!!

Very friendly staff. Out when they told me I would be.

I got off work at 4 and needed to get a state inspection. 3 other businesses either didn't do them, or said their inspector quit! I went to NTB, they took a look and said I needed 3 new tires to pass. I asked how much for 4 and if they could get it done today. Gave me a fair price, a waiting area with AC in this 100° heat, and had the job done by 6pm. Never a good time to have to spend more than anticipated, but So grateful for the job well done. So appreciated!
