Service was fast and they did an amazing job. I got a great deal as well. I arrived an hour before closing and when the guy down the street turned me away I went to them and they got me in and out within the hour time frame that's Great customer service. They have gained a new customer for life and with me comes about 6 cars great job guys:)

Terry was phenomenal. We come in, at the last minute, limping from just changing a blow out & driving slowly to prevent any other unscheduled stops. He was so cheerful & professional, & didn’t even make a comment about the last minute appearance. He said he would gladly look 👀 at inventory & they miraculously had the needed spare. Perfect!!! He pulled out the tire from the back of the truck, changed it in record speed & placed it back into the truck. What a great manager! What an asset to NTB! Everytime I come to my NTB I am treated with excellent customer service. Terry helped me out when I got all 6 of my tires replaced. I had actually ordered the wrong size and needed to be back on the road quickly. Him and his crew hooked me up. Terry got the correct size in and his crew took care of getting me out the door as quickly as possible. I really appreciate customer service like this. Thank you Terry!
