First I'm a vehicle tire, and vehicle repair person. I have 3 ASE's, Master Auto, Master Truck, Master Body. My Family sold and repaired tires. I worked in the tire shop from age 6 until age 18. My last job was with the City of Houston where I managed several vehicle repair facilities. I'm retired now. I was extremely amazed with Jimmy Bryant. I enjoyed watching explain to younger customers the services you offered and what he thought would be the best way to solve their Concerns. Mr. Bryant is smooth as glass and a great access to you company. He's a keeper.

Overall my husband had a good experience except the coupon said tire rotation with the oil change and he said they did not rotate the tires although they put it on the invoice.

Not to happy it took from 1.30 to 3.30 for them to finish, and to top it of the guy that was doing working on my truck spilled some oil on the engine got home and quess what oil on my drive way not a happy camper

Getting the tires and scheduling the appointment was very simple and not a hastle whatsoever. Jimmy Bryant; the sales associate that helped me, did a wonderful job taking care of me from the time I arrived to the time I left! Also, the mechanics did a good job getting my tires on my car. I am very satisfied with my service today!

Needed a nail in tire repair, took over an hour and the guy at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly.

Went in for free tire rotation. Asked for the free brake check they offer. Guy acted like it wasnt free and try to sell me on it. When i picked up my truck, he gave me a quote to do the brakes. Rotors and pads for front and rear. $1200. Went to another shop. Charged me $500 with labor and everything. Dont go to NTB unless you have to.

The staff was very friendly and the new manager (forgot her name) was extremely pleasant to work with.

NTB bent the oil plug tread and did not notify me. I found out later of the oil leak on my driveway. Now they are replacing the oil pan.

I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT THE MAN WHO WAITED ON ME WAS SO SWEET AND KIND TO ME. HE MADE MY TIME THERE VERY ENJOYABLE.

In appreciate the kind nature of Jimmy Bryant. He makes getting an Oil Change fun, he's very professional, and an overall great representative of NTB! Very thankful and will send friends and family to this NTB location.
