Dominique Horace did communicate with me however the price she gave after my car was there was not same. It was a battery warranty issue which I bought a battery with 5 year warranty and had to have it changed and then changed again and she told me the warranty based on first battery not replacement. Just a huge mixup and battery cost just as much as new one. I luve by NTB for all my tire and battery needs for last 8 years since I moved to Houston

I walked into the NTB with no appointment. My tire had a bad leak. They got me right in and out in no time. The price was very fair

All of the NTB associates or very professional and neat looking. Dominique Haris was the cell associate that I worked with on that day she was outstanding. Dominique was extremely knowledgeable on the service I was receiving . She greeted me with a smile and a smile remained on her face the entire time I was in the store. Dominique was extremely patient when the minor problem arose with community bank (which is the bank that issued my NTW credit card). The process was a little long and tedious but the entire time I never saw Dominique lose her professionalism and I appreciate that

Ms. Dominique was very professional from the 1st second of my phone call. I had issues with a different company and purchasing my tires but she saved the day! Found what I was looking for, scheduled me to come in 1st thing in the morning, offered an oil change and inspection which saved me time getting it all done at one place and back on my way...I will def come back and spread the word about her great customer service, friendly approach, products & auto services.
