My first time with NTB. Was impressed that they are open on Sundays! Very accommodating; good customer service.

Terrance helped me this visit and was very nice. The entire staff here works well together and I never have any issues

even with a appointment it takes around 1 hour as they do many other free tests with the oil change.

I had a flat tire (two days before a road trip!) I came in to NTB with no appointment and the sales associate (Terrence) explained what they would check, what options were available, and kept me informed during the entire process. So friendly, so helpful, and saved my vacation!

This is a good place for tire rotation. The wait is longer even with appointment.

I'm rating them as good because when I checked the tire pressure my front tires were off by over 7 psi. Not the end of the world but with that attention to detail it makes me nervous something else is wrong. Probably not, but it makes me nervous anyway. Very nice and professional staff and a clean facility are all good things in my book.

Excellent customer service and prompt attention and great explanation on details

The customer service was great but the aftercare, not so much. Went in to have my emissions test done. The next day, my engine light came on. Took it back to NTB and was offered a charge of $130 to diagnose. How did I pass my emissions with an engine issue? Clearly, something triggered the occurrence. Needless to say, I took my vehicle to the Dealer as it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, my yearly $5,000 worth of tires, wheel alignments, and oil change business will be spent elsewhere.

Pricing is competitive. Easy online booking and billing process.

I waited one hour and 45 minutes for a state inspection.

Suggested a service that was not essential. I went straight to Dealer to confirm.

I love the team at this location but NTB has a process of not dealing with the issues of the carI want to seek an attorney.

Staff is always prompt, friendly, and complete any service needed in a timely manner.
