This is my second time getting an oil change at NTB. I always like the atmosphere of the inside while waiting for my car to be serviced because I typically work while I wait. Terrance Williams was able to do a quick evaluation of my car and also explain the recommendation of services needed. I was able to easily understand each recommendation.
