My visit to NTB was absolutely stellar! it was near end of business day and I really didn't expect to be serviced, but to my surprise the cohesion of how the staff brought it together and made it happen, was exhilarating. I had my best friend with me from out of town, and spending time getting an unexpected car repair was not on the agenda. It was at least 100 degrees outside on a Sunday & I did not feel rushed whatsoever. In fact it was quite the opposite, I felt genuine care and concern regarding my situation (truck needed a new battery) the cost of service was refreshing in these crazy inflated times, and the communication honest and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of the great guys that made my first of many experiences with NTB, an awesome one!
