We dropped off our car the night before the scheduled appointment. They were able to get it done that evening, instead of waiting until the next morning. Great service!

I made an appointment and they were able to take me earlier and complete the oil change very quickly. It was nice that they were able to help me out. I had another issue and they fixed the problem and saved me some money. I appreciate how they went above and beyond.

The complete process was a breeze from start to finish. Online scheduling is very convenient and upon arrival, Service Associate Alyssa at the Millville location was very informative and professional. She answered all the questions I had, and provided me with supplemental information. I’m very happy with the services performed on my vehicle overall.

Love this place! The mechanics explained everything to me. I was even able to leave my vehicle overnight to accomodate my son's work schedule. Eligio Vargas is an exceptional service advisor. He got the job done fast and right.

I had a screw in my tire. I asked about a veteran discount and was told I can get one. At the time of checkout I was presented with the invoice showing no balance due. This was totally unexpected and was greatly appreciated. Earlier this year I bought 4 tires for my truck and asked about a veterans discount and received a substantial discount. I wish I knew about this before because I have bought tires before and had other flat tires repaired. NTB will be my go to place from now on.
