When I arrived, I felt like they were ready for me! It took a little over an hour for my tires to be replaced and to have my annual inspection, when I thought I was going to be there for two hours or more. Service was fast and upon checking out, I was apologized to for the wait, when I was actually anticipating waiting longer! I will return to this NTB for all maintenance of my vehicle.
