Brooke H. is very knowledgable, helpful, courteous and treats customers with respect. She is truly a team leader and because of her I wil be returning to this location permanently for any service needed to my vehicle. She does deserve attention!!!

A few months ago we bought a battery for our other car at Sam’s Club, and they were unable to install it after insisting they could do it. The staff at NTB Mt Industrial was friendly & able to it, so that is why we returned today.
