Time and time again, of the seven years I’ve lived in this area of Stone Mountain, NTB has never failed or disappoint me in any form or fashion. Though I did not have an appointment, the techs fitted me in anyway. They answered my questions and did not make me feel stupid because I asked AND most of all for me, they called me by my name instead of saying “ma’am or Ms.”
