The customer service was excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to find the cause of a rear end noise. The alignment was perfect. They did their best to find issues and at no time did I feel like I was being hurried out of the store. I've used NTB in other towns and this one distingquised themselves as Excellent Customer Service

Great store

Very professional service. All employees were very friendly and competent. We had to replace a damaged tire with a full size spare, and needed a replacement for the original damaged tire. After receiving a quote for the tire from a dealership, we requested pricing from NTB. NTB's pricing allowed full replacement of the tire, to include installation charges, new valve, and recycling charge, at the same cost of just the tire alone at the dealership. Tire requested is not common. NTB had to order the tire, and received it in store within two days. Installation was quick and was completed while I was in the customer lobby. The original dealerhsip was unable to reset the TPMS, and NTB reset the TPMS while the tire was being replaced. Thanks for the great service. Location # for Store online = 6198, but store # on receipt = 4390. NTB corporate should ensure store #'s match to ensure new reviews are easier to add.

Great store

Dropped my Challenger off for a tire inspection, needed the car back by 5 to drive home, showed up a little earlier than that, and they were just finishing up! Andria and John are always great, much more people friendly in there without the lady with the streaks in her hair, I hope she doesn’t come back, so mean to John! Thanks again guys! -Doozer

First of all, the employees at this location were very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to John, the manager, Andrea the office lady and Rudy who did the alignment. All were very helpful. The pricing was competitive (I checked). They got my special tires in very quickly and allowed me to keep a scheduled trip. They may not be perfect but they are good people trying hard. Yes, I will continue to be a customer.

My experience with NTB was OUTSTANDING!!! All of my concerns were addressed and the information I needed was provided to me! Emily Watson and Julio where very polite and attentive to concern of my vehcile not starting. My car was tested by Emily and Julio changed my battery in a timely manner and I was back on the road, knowing my family and I were safe. Thank you Beaufort NTB.

I’m a regular customer at this NTB due to the manager & the staff. I receive great service, I’m in and out in good time and I trust the work they do. I’ve regularly taken both my vehicles here in lieu of the dealership or even the closer NTB due to the trust factor I have with John and the crew.
