They took the time to look for things that had issues on my car besides just putting new tires on it. But they did forget to put my chrome valve stem and covers back on wheels. I went back to see if they may have them put away somewhere, but they didn't find them. Said they would order me another set.

Had to do my alignment twice to get it done. And it needs it again bc my tires are wearing on the outside.

Services were performed satisfactorily, but I was overcharged for labor costs. Spoke to GM but got no satisfaction for my complaint.

After paying for an alignment, tire balance, and oil change, my truck drove the same as before with the steering wheel cocked to the left while driving straight. I dropped it off again the next morning for a realignment and it tracks straight now. It makes me wonder if the alignment I paid for was done at all the first time! Or the balance and oil change for that matter.. who knows! Mandeville NTB would benefit from some increased quality control

Appt was for 2pm, the staff was waiting for me and greeted me using my name. The tires were instock . Service started immediately and was completed in the timeframe I was told it would be. Fast and efficient. I appreciate that.

I can't recommend NTB for anything they have done. They told me my belts in RR tire were separated but other tire stores didn't see it. They were supposed to balance all 4 tires and only balance the rear tires. I will not be back and strongly recommend others not to go to NTB on Asbury, Mandeville, LA
