I arrived at 7:50am but I didn’t have an appointment for a tire rotation (tires purchased from NTB). The guy in charge said I would need an appointment cause there were other people who had an appointment. I said that’s why I here so early hoping you could get this knocked out quick before you got busy. I was willing to schedule an appointment for later in the afternoon but he said it would be about the same wait because there was only two employees in the store working today. He apologized but then he told me he was going to go ahead and get this taken care of for me and I was in/out in under 30 mins. I feel like he didn’t have to do that, so I was very appreciative for him to do that knowing the store was short staffed.

I like that they know who you are when you come in the door and they provide excellent service getting the job done to keep your vehicle in excellent condition.

location, friendly / knowledgeable staff, I never feel like i am being 'SOLD' on extras or needed maintaince. i have had other places try to say i need new breaks 4 months after replacing my breaks.. keep up the good HONEST work
