Unfortunately, my service took just about 2 hours. However, I was told that immediately when I came in that they were a little behind so it was all good on that front. I had made an appointment for my service, and waited. Updates and customer service were on point, the gentleman that helped me was professional and was very apologetic for how long it took. I had nothing else planned today, so it was not a big deal! I understand how hard it is working customer service and being short staffed, he gave me a discount for my wait without even being asked! Kindness goes a long way and I will be returning for my next oil change!
