Manager Jason and Raymond were very helpful. Everyone in the shop was so nice. As I waited for my car, I heard many conversations with customers and the staff were very customer service oriented and nice to everyone! Very positive experience! ⭐️

Made appt online. Shop was busy. Spent about 2 hrs. They explained that a part was on its way and the Napa driver was involved in an accident. 10 mins later I was on my way. All good.

Service was fine. I did feel like I was being brushed off a little bit before the service was done. I was a little concerned because they did a complementary inspection and only found that I needed an air filter change. I had taken my car there previously and during that inspection it was found that I needed a couple hundred dollars worth in repairs that I opted out of. Why were the same repairs not recommended this time?

I was satisfied with the product, fair prices, great customer services and it is convenience location.

I had an appt which I found out doesn't mean much. Just sets you in line for the next bay. Then I waited in the lounge. They forgot I was there and I ended up waiting 30 ex mins after my car was done. Ridiculous...
