They fixed what was wrong, finished same day, did not push me to have more done than necessary.

Ray provided excellent service with a great attitude. They were able to start my appointment early and got me done in less than an hour. Keep in mind he is running this store by himself. He needs an extra hand or so. Very pleased with the service and prices.

My associate was great and told me my alignment was off which the BMW dealer never told me. My only issue was that we couldn't find tires to fit my vehicle except for one brand I wasn't familiar with.

Even when the shop is under staffed, with only one person to answer phones, talk with walk in customers and do the all the jobs himslf, was a 10, for me. fast and great service even with all that this One man had to do. Tire Kingdom was lucky to have this very capable person there to run things and keep up the quality. The only place I would shop, and tell my friends about.

Raymond, the manager, was welcoming and professional and Will, service tech, did a thorough inspection of the car along with the tire rotation we had come in to have done. He found a need for further service of a coolant flush which we scheduled. We appreciate the excellent customer service by these two gentlemen.
