Outstanding service

I had a screw in my passenger front tire that tripped my low pressure gauge "low pressure alert" in my 21'Tacoma pickup. I pulled into this Tire Kingdom location after traveling several miles from home in hopes of being able to get a repair to the tire. The attending assistant manager thoroughly examined the tire outside in the parking lot and located the screw in the tire. He was fast, courteous and explained that there were customers ahead who had already made appointments, but he would get the tire repaired , if I could return in a few hours. I am retired and was pleased with just getting it done, so I returned several hours later, and the tire was repaired, and I was on my way. He apologized for the wait but explained that he was short several employees. I am totally satisfied..

This Tire Kingdom is the best...they go out of their way to be helpful to the customer and welcoming to all.....they develop relationships with their repeat customers, making it always a delight to come in for repeated service help.

Ray was very friendly & professional. Walked in right at our appt time, even though they were backed up due to short of techs on floor he made it a point to get us in & out promptly! Made it very clear to other customers waiting that we not only bought our tires with them, we are a returning customer & also had an appt so we were to be taken care of immediately! Out the door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Ray for your service & recognition!
