Friendly service from the gentlemen that work there; offered me water, coffee or other beverages during my wait, even asking if the coolness of the room was comfortable. The waiting room had a TV on, was clean and comfortable seating. Only issue was the toilet seat was shifty in the restroom; needs a different type or tighten the bolts. My service (rotate, balance and alignment) only took an hour, so was VERY satisfied with that!

Mike and his crew are very efficient and trustworthy both of my vehicles have gotten service there.

Good work for a good price!

I had a battery issue before work and actually ended up having to replace the battery. I got to the Tire Kingdom several minutes before opening and Ray Ogg, the Store Manager, was in the parking lot leaf blowing and cleaning the location prior to opening. He watched me park and without hesitation walked over to me and asked if he could help me with something. I explained the issue and Ray was not only able to diagnose the problem, but correct it within 45 minutes. Ray in a leadership role at this location without a doubt sets the example.

The attendant Matthew was very informative and service was great, offered drinks and candy while I waited. I will be back for my next oil change.
