Considering the shortage of manpower these guys are dealing with, they are trying their best to keep up with the volume of work. The new person at the desk is very friendly and courteous.

Edwin, the store manager who I ordered new tires by phone on a Sunday told me he could have them the following day by 1 P.M. and have them installed with an available appointment. He got it done in a very timely manner and was very pleasant and efficient and exceded my expectations.

Staff was very pleasant. Shop was busy and apparently they were understaffed that day, but they got my car taken care of in a timely fashion. It was longer than expected but it was communicated and I appreciated it!
