The pressure in the tires were not and adjusted properly, 80lbs in front and 60lbs in the back all that was done was just rotate

They said they checked our tires. No they did not. From the time he left the tire center and got to the airport one of the tires was almost flat. He had to go to Firestone since it was the closest to him. Firestone fixed us right up. From now own Firestone gets our business.

Didn't have product in stock. Lost my lug nut covers on right side of my vehicle. Took way to long to change oil. The price was higher at this location, we usually go to the Myrtle Beach store. Will not be going back!

Even without an appointment, my vehicle was taken care of and both the battery and tail light built were in stock ( older vehicle)
