Customer service was great to analyze the battery.Recommendation to go to AutoZone to purchase a new battery due to lack the battery in stock.

I received a tire warning light while driving home. I pulled into the store unannounced and was greeted by Josh. He went out of his way to see that my problem was resolved in short order. The technician George even used a tool to make sure all of my tire sensors we working correctly.

Had a screw in my tire. They got me in that day and fixed the problem.

On vacation and got a nail in my tire creating a slow leak, stopped in without an appointment and NTB did a quick diagnosis, and repair. In and out in under an hour. Fast and friendly service!

NTB Little River, SC has been my go to stop for routine maintenance, tire, brake, and other repair services. For over 10 years, Mike ( former manager), and now Dan Avery have been extremely professional, honest and dependable. The new service manager, Damion, explains all issues completely. Customer Service Rep Phillip King is very polite and professional on the phone and in person at the shop. All of these mentioned are great ambassadors for NTB and I am glad that they are in Little River.

Friendly and fast customer service on oil change. It world be great if the mileage was reported in too.

Had to buy new tires due to age and a flat. Booked for 5pm and Kyle was proactive and said could I come in at 3pm so they could get done by closing. I appreciated the upfront pricing and there was no hard sell. Honest work, they just need more workers.

The service was done the same day we needed it. Did everything requested and applied coupons for us.

As usual, everything was spot on, from beginning to end.

Phillip the manager is awesome. I have been going to NTB locations for years and always got good service. However, Phillip is the best! I am not mechanic savvy so I could have easily taken advantage of and/or overcharged. I very much appreciate his honesty and fairness.
