Front desk gentleman was super friendly and kind. Service was finished within 45min! Everything was explained simply but they didn't make me feel like a child. This is my 2nd service at this location and will continue to come back.

I experienced an unexpected flat tire very close to closing. The manager and technician were willing to accommodate me by staying there until I got there to replace my tire. They were extremely helpful, kind, and sensitive to my situation. I’m one grateful and happy customer.

they were busy, it was July 5th and they fit me in. AC was dead and they got it fixed. great service. - 1 star due to price. I could have bought the part myself way cheaper. but I would return.

Team was kind and quick. A little pricey for a standard oil change and rotation but overall satisfied. They didn't nickle and dime me which was nice. Their honestly with alignment and brake pad status

Bad service, fluids left on transmission and in vehicle. A part was not even put back in vehicle. Bringed the car in for one thing but magically needed 20 other things done.

Everything was great. My service advisor was thorough, very kind, and professional. Service done in a timely manner as well. Very happy

I made an appointment and showed up around 10 minutes early. The only service i required was having one tire patched. A 20-30 minute job took 2 1/2 hours to complete.

The clerk Scott communicated with me very well and he tried to save me as much money as possible. He also located a problem that I was unaware of.

"Went in for an oil change that included tire inspection & rotation. After an hour, told I needed a tire alignment & everything else was fine. Now I knew I had a slow leak in my front passager-side tire. They never mentioned the leak and the tire was still in the same location on the car when I got home. Now I question if they actually changed the oil as I never actually saw they put it up on the rack."

This is the best NTB in the Raleigh NC area.

This is my 2nd visit at this location and it is the BEST and I have been to a few NTB.

Scott is AWESOME!!

Everything was super easy, from dropping the car off to picking it up. I had all four tires balanced, the price was very reasonable and the gentleman Scott was awesome 👍👍 two thumbs up. My ride is smooth now, no more vibration, thank you NTB and Scott.
