The individual I spoke with, Scott, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He took my car early, and the entire appointment couldn't have gone more smoothly. I had called five other tire sale/installation stores prior to making my appointment that offered similar service, including my car dealership, and NTB gave me the best out-the-door price, too. I was surprised that within one-half hour my car was ready to go. Kudos to Scott and his staff for excellent service.

Needed a minor adjustment on alignment after purchase of new tires. Jeff did a great job taking care of everything.

I called this afternoon to see if there was a chance to get tires for my 2018 Honda Odyssey. Not only did they fit me in, they met me just outside to get the specs on the vehicle to make sure the tire could get in the shop and the tires changed. I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received. My wife and I will be going here from now on.
