Excellent service. They resolved the issue with my tire. Charles & Andre provided great customer service. They were very knowledgeable.

The staff were courteous and I felt my vehicle was well taken care of.

I had my wheels alignment done. I had also purchased new tires on 07/2019 which your records need to reflex.

I was accommodated with car service as soon as I arrived on the premises. The delivery from the entire Team was phenomenal. Not only did I receive punctual help, but Mr. Charles and his beautiful Team Member (I can't think of her name at the moment) kept me laughing with good conversation, and even hinted a few cooking pointers while I enjoyed my fresh herbs salad in the waiting area. I highly recommend this NTB.

Saturday appointment at 5:00 p. Arrived about 4:40 p. Processed immediately. Out by 5:45 p. Returned next day because tire pressure indicator light come on. Saw right away. Determined it was a rear tire pressure that was low - added more air to tire. No issue found with the two new front tires installed. It is now Wednesday no further tire pressure indicator light on.

I was and in the past very highly satisfied with my visits and services at NTB. The manager Ms.D. is very pleasant, perfessional, helpful. She always willing to help and explain things clearly on what going on with your car. I love bring my SUV there because I know she going to take care of me right. The staff Mr. Charles are very nice. It a very nice place to bring your vehicle. I am always satisfied and happy at the end. I love coming so I can see Ms.D beautiful plants!!! Her plants are Amazing!!! Growing in a well loved place.

Day before July 4th, most places were busy, but one location said they could fit me in. Most that were busy also tried to fit me in, which I thought was good customer service. Pricing also seemed fair. Managers here and at another location I went to were very courteous
