Tire Kingdom

No coordination, tires dont have the same pressure they all different. Asked for alignment recheck and wouldnt do it. Had to make a separate trip to get my spare for they kept it.

Very friendly and professional staff- especially Austin and Colby- both were extremely attentive and accommodating.

Made appointment by phone and told them exactly what I wanted done. Someone else took far in and they up charged the service and then failed to do what I asked. Called the manager when I found out and he was not helpful at allow and offered no resolution. I will not go back!

The facility was the only one in my county with the tire I needed in stock.

Cody and staff were very helpful with getting my tire replaced. Also, they were clear on how long the wait would be. However, they worked quickly to resolve my issue and replace my tire since the screw hole was larger than the plugs they had on hand.

Good people and good work

The manager actually helped us and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He even drove the car afterwards to be sure it was perfect.

Customer service was phenomenal with communication and verification. Overall, it was quick and efficient. It did take a little over an hour, but I was a walk in so it was expected.

My AC began blowing warm. I was able to be seen and serviced accordingly. What I thought was an expensive repair, turned out to be just a bad fuse. Very honest mechanics here!

excellent management. the place is understaffed. when the head man of the place changes your tires for you, it shows he cares about your business. you should reward this man for the dedication he exhibits.
