Great service as always and great staff

I am highly satisfied with the Tire Kingdom on 23th Street in Panama City, Fl but will never do business with the one in Lynn Haven again.They set us up for an appointment after we had ordered the tires 2days earlier. We got there and they didn’t have the tires. They tried blaming it on customer service but I had called them direct as I had purchased tires there before and was satisfied at that time with their service. I had a 2 hr drive to get there for the appointment.

Midas has been taking care of this car well for about 5 years. Yea, they do mufflers but they get to know their customers and their cars and I take my vehicles there first.

The check-in desk was really friendly and was able to pull up my scheduled appointment promptly. She provided me with options and when I made the decision, she promptly got my vehicle in. I got frequent updates on the progress and what was found.

The service was good and the car is running better then ever.

Cody and his crew of workers are always nice and friendly.

Mike and Jason were were very kind and professional from start to finish from setting up my appointment to filing my tire warranty claim. They went above and beyond to help me out and saved me a lot of money in the process!! I highly recommend this place and will keep coming back. Keep up the great work!!

Had my oil changed and they checked my tires and fluids.

The 2 filters I needed were not available so I need to go back, also they quoted me $30 each for the filters, and they give me the written quote one was $28.99 and the other was $45.99 couple different fees that I could not explain. When was the service fee and it took the other just an additional fee total of almost $30 in fees.
