Took care of my problem

Good, inexpensive service. Difficult to reach tail light and it took longer than expected but the charge was the same fair, low price quoted before work was started. I would return to this Jackson, MI shop again.

Called for an alignment appointment. After arrival the Service Writer checked the car and indicated that some extra work (i.e., replace engine oil filter housing, power steering fluid exchange, etc.) on car was needed. Agreed to do the alignment, and install alignment caster/camber extension to bring car into full tolerance. Work was done satisfactory and quickly as the Service Writer described.

Jason worked us in without an appointment. We were on our way out of town and he made a spot for us.

I am new to the area and did not have a local tire dealer. I got a screw in my front tire and need it repaired. I was a walk-in customer on a busy Saturday morning and wasn't sure if they could even get to me. The manager Jason worked me in in spite of being very busy and took care of my problem. I was in a service business all of my life and I am very appreciative of what Jason and his staff did for me. I will need tires in the near future and I will be back to your store. Thank you! Doug

Staff was wonderful and explained what needed to be repaired. Price stayed at estimated quote. Jason kept me updated on repair time and several unforeseen delays.
